Volvo D12 EGR Performance Kit

The performance module is intended to communicate with your engine ECU to give you the best engine parameters for increased overall performance. Why do you want to replace your boost pressure sensor at the same time as installing this kit? – The original EGR valves have been operating and allowing the soot to collect in the intake, this causes the boost pressure sensor to clog up. You can always try to clean this sensor out with mass air flow cleaner if the sensor does not break apart upon removal. This sensor is known not to throw a fault code when it is completely clogged and this affects the ability to adjust the fuel mapping in the EECU for peak performance and fuel mileage.
